Thomas (Tom) Brand - Managing Director |

Tom has over 35 years experience in drilling and production engineering, field operations supervision and drilling management positions. Tom has extensive experience in deep water drilling with dynamically positioned drilling units. He has a strong background in contract development, negotiation and management. Tom has held senior drilling management positions and has over twenty years experience as a consultant engineer. He has extensive international exposure having worked in Canada, the United Kingdom, Tunisia, Nigeria and Australia. Tom has developed strong skills in the field of HSE management and operator/contractor relationships in respect to HSE systems. Tom is responsible for the negotiation and administration of contractual arrangements for LPM and its clients.

Chris Wilson - Technical Director |

Chris has been in the Oil industry for 20 years in a variety of roles ranging from Operations and Wellsite Geology to Drilling Engineering and Offshore Drilling Supervision. Chris has a strong background in Offshore Drilling Operations utilising semi-submersible and jack-up MODU’s. Wells have ranged from HTHP exploration wells, subsea developments and extended reach production wells. Chris also has extensive experience with knowledge management systems for drilling operations.
In his role as Technical Director at LPM, Chris is responsible for ensuring LPM utilises industry standard engineering techniques and software for all well engineering applications to deliver economic fit for purpose wells to LPM’s clients. Chris is also responsible for coordinating LPM training for Drilling Supervisors.

Ole Moller - Director Operations |

Ole has over 35 years experience in drilling engineering, operations, and management with assignments in the North Sea, Canada, Iran, SE Asia, North Africa, and Australia. With over 20 years of supervisory and management experience, he has assisted a major Australian operator drill a series of successful wells under budget, and helped reshape the JV partners’ perception of the company.
Ole is responsible for LPM operations and the management of the operations team. His extensive experience ensures the appropriate assignment and supervision of personnel in order to successfully achieve the exploration requirements of clients.

Dan Smith - Director Marketing and Systems |

Dan has over 20 years of international experience in drilling engineering, operations supervision and management. He has worked in Canada, North and South America, the Middle East and South East Asia. His career development has moved from field engineering and supervision through to engineering design, project management and operations management. Dan’s strong leadership and management experience in diverse cultural and working environments provides excellent insight and ability to understand client needs.
In his role as LPM’s Sales & Marketing Manager, Dan is responsible for identifying client requirements, determining the best fit solution and negotiating contracts that meet or exceed client expectations.

John Watson - Chief Financial Controller |

John has over 30 years experience in accounting and financial control in a diverse range of industries. He has extensive expertise in the implementation and enhancement of effective controls, processes and systems to ensure the smooth operation of financial services.
John is responsible for managing LPM's accounting team and liaising with lending institutions, relevant statutory authorities, auditors and financial advisors.

Magdalene Foo - Administration Manager |

Magdalene has over 20 years experience in office administration and management in Malaysia, Brunei and Australia. She has a strong administrative and legal background and manages LPM’s review of contracts, tenders, insurance and risk management policies.
For the last 7 years, Magdalene has been responsible for LPM’s Human Resources requirements, including managing the recruitment process; preparing and issuing employment and sub-contractor agreements; and interfacing with clients and contractors in order to ensure a successful and professional working relationship is maintained at all times.

Karen Liddiard - Quality Manager |

Karen has fifteen years experience in the development of performance management systems for clients in a range of industries including oil and gas and mining. The systems incorporate comprehensive documentation and integrated competency training in order to ensure corporate quality management system and statutory requirements are addressed. Karen has qualifications in Human Resource Management (Training) and quality system auditing.
Karen is responsible for the development and auditing of LPM’s quality system ensuring implementation of quality objectives and policy.

Tricia has an extensive background in the provision of administration and support services. After leaving the hospitality industry, where she worked in Singapore and in Melbourne for over 15 years, she has been working with LPM on numerous drilling projects for the past six years.
In her current role as a Project Technical Assistant, Trish is responsible for providing support to the Drilling Team in the areas of documentation development, which primarily involves the collation of data from clients, associates, government authorities and other third party service contractors.
